Shopowners also are to comply with the terms and conditions of ivend.store else their stores would be taken down with no prior notice to them or anyone associated with your shop. While registering your shop, store, brand or businessname we urge that you give us the right informations to prevent any further legal actions against the shop and it's owners.

All purchases of physical items from a shop or store from ivend.store are made pursuant to a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier..

Shops or stores on ivend.store does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at various shops. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Prices of individual product of every shop or store is solely given by individual shopowners which has got nothing to do with ivend.store.
If the correct price of an item sold by a shop is higher than their stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before delivery or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any ivend.store, or to any shop or store on ivend.store or through ivend.store will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The State Arbitration Act and State arbitration law apply to this agreement.

There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.

The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field and is independent of either party. The venue of the arbitration shall be Accra.
