1. Click on 'Become a vendor' link.
2. You would be presented with a form, key in your company details.
3. You would then be sent an email to wait for approval.
4. After approval another mail will be sent for you to log into your shop management portal.

How much does it cost to own a shop on ivend?

Owning a shop on ivend.store is free from now till further notice.

Why is my Shop or Business registration delayed?

Shop or Business registration on iVend could be delayed during background checks of your business.

How do I get access to my Shop Management Portal?

Visit Shop Management Portal and login with your details provided during Shop Registration after approval mail has been sent.

How do I reset password to my Shop Management Portal?

Visit Shop Management Portal and click 'Forgot Password?' link to reset your access password.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

We accept MTN Momo, Airtelcash, Tigocash, Vodafonecash, Mastercard and Visa.

Is Using my Card Details Safe?

iVend uses Paystacks secure payment tranfer api for all payment processes. Also, all Card details are not collected by iVend but are stored safely with Paystack.
