Trosyd is an antifungal medication, which is used to treat nail infections that are caused by mould, yeasts and fungi. Trosyd comes in a solution form and contains the active ingredient Tioconazole 28%. Trosyd nail solution is applied to the infected nail twice daily for 4-6weeks. It is painted onto the nail like a nail varnish. When applied, Trosyd forms a film on the surface of the nail, penetrating the hard surface of the nail and later reaches the nail bed where the infection is located
